Responsibilities
Hiring a local service engineer who can support machinery/ equipment installation/training/troubleshooting/maintenance
Responsibilities
-On-site machine troubleshooting/ servicing
-Off-site machine remote/ troubleshooting (via remote)
-Provide training to customers
-Communicate with manufacturers when facing difficulties and solving problems
Qualifications/Skills
-Education: SPM/STPM/UEC level and above
-Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Optional: Chinese, as we need to communicate with Chinese manufacturers)
-Able to use PC well
-Willing to learn new things, and catch up fast
-Willing to work OT, including weekends in case customers urgently need support
-Own a car & able to drive
-Good in communication
